Food photography is where all my interests converge – composition, light, texture, and story. When I photograph a dish, I’m inviting you into the meal the way I experience it: close enough to see the crispy skin on seared fish, the juice pooling where blackberries meet pastry, the way steam catches light. Bread baking is especially important to me – that sound when a loaf emerges from the oven, the crack of crust as the knife slices through, the steam rising from the crumb. These moments are worth capturing. This is the fisher-to-plate story, the grain-to-table journey, told through imagery. Simple food, honestly presented, shot with reverence for the providores and ingredients that make it possible.
